Set back on 5 wooded acres on the eastern edge of Edwardsville, Andria’s Countryside has been providing memorable dining experiences to the St. Louis area since 1989.  Our longevity can be attributed to our commitment to quality, attention to detail, and by providing a genuine value to our guests.

Andria’s Countryside is the first restaurant nationwide exclusively licensed to serve U.S.D.A. Prime Certified Angus Beef.  All of our beef, provided by Niman Ranch, is hormone free and antibiotic free from birth.  With over 500 square feet of gardens, Andria’s Countryside furthers their commitment to quality ingredients by producing many of our own herbs, vegetables, and berries throughout the growing season.  Our established relationships with Meyers Farm and Liberty Apple Orchard also show our support for our local producers.

Our executive chef Jeremy Kosydor, and sous chef Brent Rubin, take pride in their “old school” approach to meal preparation.  Every steak is cut and trimmed to order.  Our prime rib, soups, sauces, focaccia bread, salads, and appetizers are made from scratch daily in our kitchen with the best ingredients available.  Our signature homemade desserts provide a fitting end to a dining experience that will not be soon forgotten.
